Virtual Home Survey

Your life is busy enough, especially when planning a move! Our Virtual Survey option is adaptable to your availability. With the Virtual Survey platform, you will select a day and time that fits your schedule. We provide evening and weekend choices to respect your busy calendar.

At your selected time, your professional consultant will text you a link. To begin your video chat with a live Corrigan person. This expertly trained surveyor will assess all items that are moving. They will determine packing needs and determine any custom crating or additional solutions you need. The only thing you need to do is walk throughout your home showing each room with your phone or tablet camera.

MyUnited Move Planner Portal

The MyUnited Move Planner Portal is your individual assistant to help you through the relocation process and ensure you are prepared when move day comes!

Key to the portal is your customizable checklist. This list is prepopulated with all the things for you to remember to do beginning at two months before your relocation date. Suggestions include to-dos essential for your move – like signing paperwork and setting up credit card payment. It also covers all the additional items that need to get accomplished, like transferring medical documents and changing your mailing address with the USPS. You can mark tasks off as you take care of them and even add your own personalized tasks, too.

When you are ready to confirm your services, your paperwork will be on the site for you to go over on your computer. Read through it to ensure everything is correct and accept your documents on your MyUnited site. If you choose to pay with a credit card, you can set this up, too.

Also, available on your MyUnited is the High Value Inventory form. This paperwork must be filled out prior to us loading your belongings. You are able to choose to fill it out when our crews are at your home on move day, or you are able to complete it ahead of time through the portal.

Digital Inventory

When Corrigan Moving starts to load your interstate or storage shipment, we create an inventory of every item on our digital inventory app – Flex. This inventory process is exceptionally easy for our customers, ensuring the move is even smoother.

Your inventory will be created electronically, making it clear to look over and understand. Each belonging that is loaded onto the truck will have an inventory sticker. The sticker number matches to the line item on the inventory documentation, so everyone knows what was loaded into the truck.

There are other benefits of the Flex inventory, also. Your driver can add photos to the inventory, allowing it to be more precise than ever before. Signatures are so easy when signing electronically, limiting the length of time required to complete paperwork. Through these technological improvements, your relocation will be smoother than ever before.
